Shipping Policy:
Please be advised your items will be shipped out within 5 business days, depending upon availability.
All pre-season tickets, cards and season passes will be mailed at the beginning of the opening season. If your order any of these items during the on going season, you will have an option to have it mailed or held at will call. Season passes require a photo. We can not mail out your season pass until we have received your photo via email or regular mail. Our email address is shop@shopbaldy.com to send a photo by mail: Mt Baldy Ski Lifts, Inc, P.O. Box 549 Mt Baldy, CA 91759. Attn: Season Pass Dept. Be sure to include your name and phone number on your picture.
If you have not received your pass, card or tickets prior to opening day, go to Guest Relations, located next to the ticket windows, and show a valid picture ID. We will issue you a ticket for the day, while we process your pass. Please remember whether you receive your actual season pass, club card, or tickets you are posted on our list and may still receive your privileges.
We use regular USPS for shipping. If you are requesting express or other shipping options please contact our business office before you make your purchase at (909) 982-0800. To check on availability and cost.
There is no additional shipping or handling charges for season passes, club cards or tickets.
Merchandise has an additional shipping and handing cost and will be added to your order at the time of purchase.

Season passes, club cards, ticket sheets, books of ten and individual tickets will be honored the following season if we do not open for skiing or boarding during the season your pass is purchased for.
Sales terms (Other merchandise). Merchandise- clothing, hats, shoes etc. will be available for exchange only within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
